Confidence Clinic

The Confidence Clinic will be giving a talk in Duleek Courthouse tomorrow, Tuesday April 9th, at 7.30pm as part of the Feel Good Project.

They will be talking about confidence building in teenagers and children, and issues that can damage a young person’s self-esteem, from bullying and shyness to stress and anxiety.

This is a good talk for parents to attend, but would also be of value to anyone who mentors teenagers to encourage positive self-image and value
