Scoil Cholmcille was presented with the national flag today as part of the 1916 Commemoration Initiative.
Two officers from the Gormanastown Barracks visited the school and spoke with the pupils about caring for the flag and answered questions about life in the army.
The flag and resource bundle was presented to Kayla and Adam on behalf of the school community.

It was a lovely occasion and one I’m sure the children will remember.
